PROSPER ELITE CLUB TRYOUTS 

 

Location -

555 W. Prosper Trail Prosper Texas 

 

Dates:

July 8th and July 9th  

 

Tryout fee $35 PER DAY(+processing fee)

 

Athletes can attend 1 or both sessions

Times:

 

9/10 year olds: 8:00am-9:00am

13 year olds: 9:30am-10:30am

14 year olds: 11:00am-12:00pm

12 year old: 1:30pm-2:30pm

11 year olds: 3:00pm-4:00pm

15 year olds : 4:30pm-5:30pm

 

Athletes that do not currently have a USA Volleyball membership will also need to purchase a tryout membership through NTR (North Texas Region) Volleyball prior to tryouts.

2023 TRYOUT INFORMATION


Per the Junior Participation / Competition Handbook: The Evaluation Window for the upcoming USA Volleyball season shall start on the first Saturday after the last day of the competition for all age groups at USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.

For all USA Volleyball age groups, the acceptance date is on the Tuesday after the evaluation window begins.
Girls Junior National Championships ends Thursday July 6th.

Evaluation Window for all age groups opens Saturday July 8th*

Acceptance date for all age groups starts Tuesday July 11th*

*These are the intended dates for 2023. These are subject to change should issues or requirements make that necessary.

What to do if I have been offered a position on a Prosper Elite VBC Team?
First, welcome to the PEVC Family! We are so excited about the upcoming season and looking forward to an amazing year. 


NTR has set as the official the acceptance date. On that date you will be getting an Email from OCS to select Prosper Elite Volleyball Club as your club, please see more details below. 

What is OCS: If you played on a NTR club team last year, then your name is already in the database… you do NOT want to create a duplicate record of your daughter. Please make sure that you let your coach know which email address that you used so that we may set up the OCS correctly.

ON ACCEPTANCE DAY:

  • Between 2am & 6am, you will receive an Email from the OCS from “No Reply” (offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com)

  • The title of the email will be similar to “Offer from NTR Club.”

  • Click the Link in the email.

  • Accept the Offer

  • Sign the PEVC Agreement (link to agreement will be in offer email).

  • Make the initial installment.
