WELCOME TO PROSPER ELITE VOLLEYBALL CLUB.  We are officially kicking off our 2023-2024 Club Volleyball Season. On behalf of all of our PEVC, Admin, Staff and Family, I want to personally thank you for choosing to be a part of PEVC.

We are happy you have chosen PEVC and we are excited to be involved with not only the athlete but their families as well.  We pride ourselves in the development of each athlete on and off the court and look forward to an amazing season. 

Please read this information carefully, as there are important next steps and additional information provided below that we’d like for you to know and act upon to officially accept your Prosper Elite Volleyball offer.

BEFORE SIGNING/ACCEPTANCE DAY - JULY 11, 2023

The North Texas Region uses the Online Commitment System (OCS) to process your official signing.  To ensure your signing is processed correctly, you should complete the following:

• Verify your OCS email address at: OCS Confirm Email Here
• OCS: Add Player (vstarvolleyball.com)

OFFICIAL SIGNING/ACCEPTANCE DAY - JULY 11TH

ACCEPT the Prosper Elite email received on July 11th..

• The sender will be from: No Reply [offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com] and the generic subject will show: Offer from NTR Club.
• Click the link from the email and Accept the Offer! 
• Be sure to check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder just in case. 
• Important Note: Be sure to open and accept the correct “Offer from NTR Club” email stating the offer is for a Prosper Elite Team. Please click on the link provided in the email to ensure you are accepting the correct offer that is from Prosper Elite.

• Review and Sign the PEVC Parent/Player Agreement & Financial Contract.
• Pay Deposit

SIGNING DAY 
JUlY 19th 5-PM
Location: 555 W Prosper Trail Prosper Texas

One of our Leadership team members and or Head Coach will contact you with the time of your Signing party with the date and time. If you are unable to attend, we will schedule a day that works best so your athlete can be fitted for their team gear. 

During the Signing Party athletes will be fitted for Jerseys and ALL team gear, Purchase PEVC spirit wear (if you chose to) take pictures and mingle with their team, coaches and the PEVC Admin.

• Positional Sessions for our 11-15s will start in October.
• Private and or small group sessions will be offered starting August, contact Coach Jenn for information. 
• Practice schedules will be released and communicated by your head coach. Official club practices begin November 1; however, the 10-12s age group may start earlier as they do not have school volleyball yet. 
• Be in contact with your team's head coach for practice times and team bonding events as we get closer to the NTR tournament season!
